This 5 hour immersion seminar, ideal for groups of 4-15 guests, features detailed instruction on the combination of winemaking theory and practice, as well as viticulture, viniculture, tasting techniques, the structure and components of wine, wine pairing, and vocabulary. The tour includes an authentic Argentine gourmet lunch or dinner at our award-winning restaurant, Chez Gaston, where you will learn about wine and food pairing from our oenologist and sommelier. The day will also feature a tour of our vineyard and Mendoza winery where you will have an opportunity to experience firsthand some of the labor involved in harvesting and crushing grapes, if the season permits. The seminar finishes with a platter of smoked cuts, artisan cheeses and estate-grown olives.
